Choosing a potential future career can be an overwhelming and even scary task. A carefully considered choice with intentionally chosen subjects taking the individual as well as future possibilities and demands into consideration, is needed. 

 

This assessment is aimed at individuals who are concerned about their career choices.

 

We assist grade 11 and 12 learners, those busy with a GAP year, tertiary students uncertain about their chosen study programme, and individuals (no age restriction!) considering a career path change.

 

This service includes:

• An in-depth, full day assessment

  • this psychometric evaluation is comprehensive and includes all aspects (aptitude, interest, personality, values, health, academic achievement and difficulties, etc.) for a thorough, scientific analysis and feedback.

  • the psychometric tests utilised are rigorously researched and standardised measuring instruments to produce scientifically valid and reliable results.

• A comprehensive, individualised feedback session of 2.5 hours
  During this session:

  • the psychometric test results are discussed,

  • career options are recommended,

  • course planning, if applicable, is addressed,

  • immediate access to the latest tertiary brochures with course requirements, as well as international pathways is provided,

  • the influence of technology, salaries, work availability, etc., on all the career options advised is addressed,

  • we aim to make the pathway to your destination as simple and uncomplicated as  possible.

• A written report

• Ongoing follow-up counselling regarding your career choice as needed – at no additional cost.
